New to the funeral industry, Jessica joined the company in 2024, as an Administrative Assistant. With more than 20 years of experience in customer service with a variety of clients, Jessica brings outstanding communication skills and attention to detail when assisting families and colleagues. Her empathetic nature and warm demeanor are welcomed by families during their time of loss. Jessica grew up in Longmeadow, MA, and has resided in Manchester for the last nine years with her fiancé, Owen. In her free time, Jessica enjoys crafting, reading, playing video games, and snuggling with their cat, Charlie.
