Aaron Spiritos

Aaron attended the University of Vermont, where he earned a B.S. in animal sciences and biology. After graduating, he worked as a chef for several years in Vermont and the greater Boston area, developing a lasting passion for cooking. He later transitioned into operations, serving as an operations manager for a growing biotech company in Boston and a global sourcing company in Danvers. Aaron joined the Phaneuf team in July 2018 after relocating to Manchester and was promoted to General Manager in 2024. Outside of work, he is an avid skier, the proud owner of two rescue dogs, and the father of two children, Tiller and Rye. He and his wife, Mallory, enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, and gathering with friends and family year-round.
