You must have a scheduled appointment to conduct a video call with an arranger. Incoming video calls will not be answered if not scheduled, as the calls are not regularly monitored. Please press the Video Call button at your appointment time only.
Technology requirements: Speakers and a microphone (or a headset with a microphone) are required to participate in a video call. There is no need for you to install any programs to use the video call function. Internet browser requirements include:
Desktop or laptop:
Recent Chrome and Firefox on Windows, macOS and Linux
The new (Chromium-based) Microsoft Edge on Windows
Safari 11 and above on macOS
Android phones and tablets:
Chrome and Firefox for Android, as well as other Chrome-like browsers
iPhone, iPad and iPod touch:
Safari on iOS 11 and above
Note on iOS browsers: Due to iOS limitations, this system does not work in in-app and third-party browsers on iOS. If opened in such a browser (for example, Chrome for iOS), the system will display a message directing the user to switch to the standard version of Safari instead.
