Rita G. (Plourde) Doucette, 93, of Manchester, passed away on June 8, 2019 at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home. She was born in Manchester on September 16, 1925, the daughter of Donat and Alma (Gaudreault) Plourde and had been a lifelong resident of the City.
