Intimacy and Sexuality During Illness and Loss is the Hospice Foundation of America’s 2020 Living with Grief® program and includes up-to-date content around the pandemic. This program is virtual this year, and will be held from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Thursday, November 12. The 2 free credits will be available online directly through the HFA after the program.
This program will identify barriers to intimacy and sexuality for the terminally-ill and bereaved. Emphasis will be on the knowledge and skills professionals must have to sensitively address intimacy and sexuality and suggest interventions that can help dying and bereaved people address these elemental human needs.
