Germance Poliquin, 93, of Manchester, NH died on Monday, March 13, 2023 at Villa Crest Nursing Home, in Manchester, NH.  

Mrs. Poliquin was born on August 30, 1929, in Sherbrooke, Canada. She was the daughter of the late Antonio and Bernadette (Latulippe) Girouard.  

At the time of her employment, Mrs. Poliquin was employed at Association Canado Americaine for over 30 years.   

She enjoyed music, dancing, reading, knitting and spending time with her grand and great grandchildren.

Members of her family include; two daughters, Josee Ruckenbrod, of Bechtelsville, PA; Chantal Correia and her husband Michael, also of Manchester, NH; three grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, two sisters, Cecile Veilleux, of Sherbrooke and Suzanne Desilets, of Manchester, NH; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Emilien Poliquin who passed away in November 1996 and by her brother, Viateur Girouard and son-in-law, George Ruckenbrod.

SERVICES: A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, March 23, from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 – 7 p.m. at Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, in Manchester. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 24, 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at St. Augustin Cemetery, in Manchester, NH.
