On April 27, Buddy Phaneuf participated on a panel at the Leadership Summit 2016, hosted by The Center for Women’s Business Advancement and The Granite State Quality Council.Together with three other distinguished local business leaders, Buddy discussed the strategies he has used to build the relationships that have resulted in a successful business in New Hampshire.
Buddy discussed Phaneuf’s survey program, a tool which helps the company to connect with client families and ensure high-quality service. He talked about the benefits of using incentives and surveys to achieve great results in customer satisfaction. “Our employees love surveys, and the reason being, a large percentage of their salary is based on incentive compensation based on overall satisfaction…how well we are doing as a company,” he explained. “We’re surveying our families and cultivating our relationships.”
Buddy was joined on the panel by Maureen Beauregard, president and founder of Families in Transition, and Alexandra Horton, owner of Cafe la Reine in Manchester. The keynote speaker was Walt Havenstein, former president and CEO of BAE Systems in Nashua and a former candidate for governor. The event was held at Southern New Hampshire University.
